« Cute, updated, little condo. With decent beds and plenty of everything you may need for the beach. Stephanie was quick to respond with answers to any of my questions. Very close to the beach. Only downside is the parking is extremely limited and no TVs in the bedrooms. I enjoy working from my bed with the tv on in the background. If you can avoid bringing separate vehicles, you should. »

« This was a great place. Exceptionally clean quiet friendly. The pool was amazing the communication with company was fast and friendly and helpful. Watched a rocket launch right off the balcony. Very close to space center. The amenities provided by the owners were perfect. Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, beach towels everything was perfectly thought out. « This place was perfectly placed- steps from the beach, sand volleyball & pier. Well maintained property and very nice. I appreciate the kindness of former renters who left behind some useful household items (detergent). We left our contribution too (coffee & filters). A special thanks to the owners for having a tent for the beach! Would def come back! »

« We absolutely loved our time here. Instructions were good and the parking was easy. The kitchen was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The location is excellent and we took advantage of the short walk to the Sandbar for cocktails more than once. We're ready to go back! »

« Our stay was amazing. The entire trip was full of family memories we will cherish forever which started with arriving at the property to be greeted by manatees right off the dock. One literally surfaced, rolled over, and appeared to wave at us! The property was a perfect accompaniment to the trip. Newly remodeled inside and extremely comfy with lots of amenities and friendly neighbors. We were in the unit overlooking the water and could see tons of fantastic wildlife right out our windows...

« This is our 3rd year stating at the Spanish main in cocoa beach. While the usual condo we book there was not available, this particular condo was just as great! You can’t beat the location. The beach is amazing. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. Its close to everything…. A one hour drive to any Disney park. It truly is the perfect vacation spot. We even were lucky enough to see 2 space x rocket launches. The hosts were great and the condo was amazing. I would highly recommend this...

« L'endroit est très bien placé, le logement assez grand et pratique (cuisine complète), l'accueil gentil, chaleureux et généreux (serviettes de plage, café, shampoing, prêt de planches de surf, etc.). Le cadre est vraiment très beau, et l'accès direct à la plage très appréciable. A savoir pour ceux qui comme moi voyagent uniquement avec bagages à main : il n'y a pas de lave-linge sur place (laverie à quelques kilomètres). Sinon tout est parfait ! »
