« Overall very good stay South beach is very expansive so you will want a functional kitchen to make it through with a family. The amenities are clean and new. The place is not luxurious but clean enough and reasonably priced for the neighborhood. Easy access , easy communication with the owner. It’s not a 5 stars hotel but it’s a very decent home away from home. I recommend it. »

The view of the pool and beach of the location were incredible and definitely exceeded my expectations but the sheets were full of stains and everything was super outdated/old, like falling apart and rusty old . However south beach and Calle ocho were a short drive away and the beach was 10 steps away. For the price I paid, I'm not upset for what I got! »

The cable in the room for the TV wasn’t working and we tried getting in contact everyday from since we came. Another thing was the cleaning service. Un séjour incroyable.
"Première fois que je prends la peine de laisser un avis sur un hôtel tellement j'en suis satisfait. Les chambres sont hyper propres et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et satisfera tout le monde (sucré et salé). La piscine et le jacuzzi sont très bien entretenus et suffisamment spacieux. Se baigner en rentrant d'une journée de marche dans la ville avec cette vue sur les immeubles c'est vraiment une chose à faire. Le personnel a été parfait avec une mention spéciale pour le concierge Carlos a qui vous pouvez faire confiance pour la réservation de vos excursions (nous sommes passés par lui pour les Everglades et nous n'avons pas été déçus). Vous avez des magasins Publix autour de l'hôtel pour vos petites courses mais aussi et surtout la station Brickell de Metromover, trolleys (tous deux gratuits), bus et Metrorail. Aller et venir de l'aéroport à l'hôtel est un jeu d'enfant. Si nous devons retournez à Miami je ne choisirez aucun autre hôtel que celui-ci. J'espère que cet avis aidera à faire votre choix si vous hésitez entre plusieurs hôtels."
