« This was the friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve visited. They made us feel so welcome and everything was excellent. They provided shuttle service (Deyvone was great), bar with food (Shay was great) and (Marcia )at the front desk went above and beyond great service. The room was comfortable and clean. The uplifting sayings throughout the building makes the stay even more fun. »

« Outside and inside pool was closed the two nights we were there because they didn’t keep up with cleaning it. I had five kids with me to celebrate my daughter’s 6th birthday and they weren’t able to get in the pool until the day of checkout. All they accommodated me for was parking after I spent over 400 dollars for the room. »

« This hotel was beautiful. Our suite was very spacious. Their computers were down when we got there, so check in took around 30 minutes. This was out of their control, and they comped our parking because of it. Everything was very clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We took our kids to the pool twice while we were there. It was very nice, and there were plenty of pool towels each time we went. The location was perfect for a concert at Truist Park. »

« If going to Truist Park, this location is perfect. The walk is a little hilly but very doable and you avoid parking cost. The hotel is wonderful. Large room with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. We used the fridge for leftovers/drinks and it was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We enjoyed our stay! »

« Room was on the ground floor next to the elevator in a high traffic area. Good thing that i brought around machine fro m home or it would have been unbearable »
