Description

This 3 hours experience offers Japanese cooking. Prepare full-course meal of Kaiseki including Wagyu Sukiyaki taste dish.

Japanese cooking always start with Dashi (Japanese essential soup stock) making while learning basic knowledge about Japanese seasonings which are frequently appeared in the recipe.

Then cook 7-8 dishes by making full use of methods, being particular about its presentations and rules.

Enjoy Japanese cooking and beautifully created your Kaiseki course at the end.

wow from the moment we walked in we knew it was going to be a wonderful class, so professional, and the whole time we were looked after, our teachers English was excellent and the food was spectacular, we would encourage everyone to go and do this class, clean and courteous, we feel very lucky to have been able to experience this.

What an excellent cooking class! The teachers are so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable! (We didn't need English-speaking instructors, but all of the cooking instructors speak great English!) The cooking studio is a bit out of the way (and challenging to get to from the train station). We caught a taxi cab from Shinanomachi Station (though it wasn't necessary) for about 410 yen. The taxi cab driver didn't know and dropped us off a block away. We asked and found our way. All of the Kaiseki dishes were amazing. The key is in the "dashi!" The instructors gave a great explanation and introduction to Japanese Kaiseki and the important ingredients that make up Japanese cooking. Everything was amazing! We highly recommend this class for adults and for kids. ALL of the instructors were awesome.
