Gudauri : Voyage pas cher

Great value-for-money, nice calm location, comfortable beds, 24/7 staffed, breakfast for the paid price was good. Downside: bathroom was not properly cleaned & had sewage smell (staff at the reception tried though to fix this immediately); staff (ladies) at breakfast were pretty unfriendly and not welcoming at all; hotel could have in general better maintenance. But for the paid price it was a good choice.

Très bien : l’emplacement et l’établissement. Correct : le petit déjeuner Moyen : le parking. Juste 2 places. Il faut réserver avant. Payant 30 GEL/jour

We booked one of two rooms that had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty and couldn't be used. They moved us to another room at midnight, no assistance. The wifi did not reach our room and we needed to work, so we had to work from the restaurant downstairs during night hours. The breakfast was underwhelming. The service in the restaurant was not great. I checked in a few hours early and was charged for a half day even though the other room that was like ours was empty. I complained to Expedia and Expedia did not help.

La suite que nous avions réservée était exceptionnelle, tant par son agencement et sa propreté que par la qualité des services proposés. Cet excellent établissement bénéficie par ailleurs d’un emplacement idéal au cœur de Tbilissi
