Chaîne de collines Cotswolds : Voyage pas cher

Excellent hôtel avec très bon restaurant

L’hôtel est situé non loin du centre ville, chambre très agréable avec vue sur l’abbaye et un beau jardin . Personnel accueillant . On se sent at home

We were forced to pay for parking because we had booked through hotels.com and not directly with the hotel. Also, because we had not booked our breakfasts in advance the price for 2 of us was £52 instead of £32. The bedroom was not cleaned properly. And the hairdryer was broken and sounded terrible whilst it burnt out.

The public areas are excellent and inviting. Thank you for the constant supply of cold water fountains during an extreme heatwave. The criticism is for poor HOUSEKEEPING. We stayed 5 nights. Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper almost depleted (we had to ask), bed making just thrown together, our room totally forgotten one day. Seems to be a real lack of staff, training and supervision in this department.

Worth the visit! Everything was perfect. AC in rooms was super
