Lombardie : Voyage de noces

The rooms are unfortunately not soundproof. We requested to change rooms the following day because we were unable to sleep the previous night due to several children repeatedly leaving their room and knocking on their parents’ door, which was right next to our room. In our new room , we also found a clothes moth coming from behind the clothes rack, which was quite unpleasant and concerning. It would be important to check underneath the foldable beds kept in the rooms. In the room, we found sweets and dirt underneath the bed, which suggests that the area had not been properly cleaned. Finally, the welcome at breakfast in the morning was not what I would expect from a five-star hotel. There was no “good morning” or any particular greeting from the staff. The breakfast area was also extremely noisy, with several families being very loud, and no one from the hotel seemed to intervene or ask them to keep the noise down. I had an excellent memory of the Meliá Hotel after my stay at this same property last November, which is why I was particularly disappointed with this stay in August. Unfortunately, this time I did not feel that I was staying in a five-star hotel, but rather in a three-star property. I hope the hotel will take these comments seriously, as the overall experience did not meet the standards I had previously experienced and expected from Meliá.

L’hôtel est un peu vieillot quand on arrive, les chambres ont été modernisées mais les salles de bain sont encore sur un modèle un peu daté (baignoire, pas de douche). En revanche l’emplacement est fantastique et les équipements du spa + les 2 piscines sont vraiment top!

Petit déjeuner varié, hôtel propre , personnel du SPA très à l’écoute , super, vue sur le lac emplacement parfait, chambre Classic parfaite pas besoin de plus , grande, bien équipée, tarif intéressant sur hôtel.com ou Agoda.com moins cher

Tout était parfait. Un seul point noir:le prix du parking (70euros/jour )qui n’est absolument pas justifié.
