Superbe séjour. Vue parfaite sur la baie. Chambre propre et personnel sympathique. Le Saint Lucian Breakfast est délicieux. Nous reviendrons!

Location, gardens and room absolutely lovely. Food way below standard of what I would expect for the price and the level of the hotel. Often ingredients no longer available (avocado, kale, spinach…) and overall quality of dishes not great.

La chambre était impeccable! Le lit super confortable. Le personnel est au petit soin, tout le monde est très bienveillant! Je recommande à 100% cet hôtel !

This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July or Aug, but looks like it will be very nice when it opens. As for Bay Gardens beach, the staff, particularly our butlers Prisca and Nage were phenomenal, as well as V from the excursion desk. They helped do special things for our anniversary as well as our sons birthday, and reserved areas on beach and by pool for us, as well as getting drinks and making reservations for us. The staff at the spa was also nice. The place NEEDS the new restaurant at sapphire to open. The restaurant on site was ok, though pretty slow. The other properties (hotel, inn and marina) look old and dated and we only had a drink there waiting for shuttle. The rooms at bay gardens beach were ok, though a bit dated and had some maintenance/ant issues. Maintenance and housekeeping were pretty quick to address what they could, but our entire reason for booking was to get a brand new all inclusive (we had booked the 3 br beachfront villa with private pool), so were expecting more for what we paid. Pool and beach good.

This accommodation was excellent, really clean and comfortable. It features its own pool and conveniently located a local supermarket for easy supplies. The hosts could not have been more helpful and would assist with planning our excursions and also assist with transport. One of the hosts was so knowledgeable, kind and funny making our stay in St Lucia an amazing and memorable experience. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had some amazing memories that we will cherish forever and we are deeply grateful for the wonderful hospitality. We would highly recommend this accommodation. We will definitely return.

Super séjour, description conforme. Les problèmes sont résolus rapidement et le personnel est à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner du matin est varié et bon, probablement l’un des meilleurs intégrant des alternatives vegan, sans gluten et du poisson. La plage est calme et agréable. Les restaurants goûteux avec des animations musicales le soir. Seul bémol de notre sejour, la devanture inachevée de notre villa et pour une lune de miel c’est un petit point négatif.
