Vallée du Fleuve Russian : Vacances romantiques

Breakfast is good but credit usage is not clear. We’ve asked some explications but we were surprised at the end when we received the invoice. Be careful, parking isexpensive (maybe due to the location), valet is mandatory. Rooms are quite big but without any charm.

The hotel offers a truly memorable stay, blending comfort with a distinct sense of character that sets it apart from standard accommodations. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere feels warm and thoughtfully designed, with staff who are attentive without being overwhelming.

We are very disappointed with this trip: the reception by videoconference was mediocre, with a faulty system. Upon arrival, we were tormented by an inoperative room code, which forced us to wait a whole hour outside before getting the room at 11:00 p.m. No parking was available at the accommodation; we had to park on the street, then pick up the vehicle at 6:00 a.m. to prevent it from being removed. In addition, hotel assistance is non-existent. All this only concerns the first day. We vacated the room every day at 9:00 a.m. at the latest, without a cleaning lady; perhaps we should have left at 7:00 a.m., when we heard her bub and cart knocking in front of the door. The walls are indeed the thickness of a sheet of paper. The shower has dirty joints surrounded by yellow traces, and the bathroom is quite small. For a one-night stay, it's acceptable, and again. Fortunately, the location is correct and easy to access. We hope for compensation.
