Bulgarie : Séjours réservés aux adultes

The hotel is situated in the mountains. We travelled here by the vintage narrow mountain train and arrived at a derelict train station. I contacted the hotel who kindly organised a taxi collection for us. The hotel is clean and the room was really nice and the bed is comfortable. I like the fact the hotel provide a bowl of fresh fruit in the room. The hot spring pools were lovely and great they stay open until 8pm. The restaurant food was really nice and also reasonably priced. The breakfast offered was excellent with a great selection of food. Room for improvement - perhaps offer flip-flops instead of slippers in rooms for the pool. The slippers got soaking wet! My friend is not overly large but the dressing gown did not fit her. She had to ask for a larger size which she found very embarrassing. Perhaps provide larger gowns as you really need a gown that covers you when you come out of the water as it’s cold outside.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé avec des installations agréables, mais quelques améliorations de confort/entretien seraient les bienvenues.

L’appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Seul bémol était la salle de bain. La douche n’était pas bien rangé et l’eau était partout dans la salle de bain. Le complexe touristique est vraiment magnifique.

Çok güzel bir hoteldi(bazı kısımlar tadilat nedeni ile kapalı olsa da)Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımsever di biz iki aile olarak gittik ve çok eğlendik,tek olumsuz eleştirim yemekler konusunda olabilir her gün her öğün de hep aynı yemeklerin çıkarılması 3 gün üstü konaklamalarda sıkıcı oluyor.

Excellent boutique hôtel dans le centre de Plovdiv. Personnel très pro et serviable. Le restaurant est de très bonne qualité.
