It was a wonderful stay at grand Hyatt hotel everyone is so kind thank you my stay was better because of the staff. It’s a very clean and peaceful place if I comeback to Doha for sure I’ll book it again

Il s’agit de notre second séjour dans ce magnifique établissement. Son architecture, les services de luxe qu’il propose et son emplacement dans le downtown de Doha le rendent unique pour y passer un séjour d’exception. L’exceptionnel est rendu possible également grâce à son personnel qui a été tout le long de notre séjour aux petits soins avec nous. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement : 1) Addib du service housekeeping pour son souci du détail et les petites attentions qu’il nous a réservées régulièrement dans notre magnifique chambre, 2) Rony, Khosanjon et Oussama du restaurant Mosaic, pour leurs sourires constants, leur disponibilité et les services qu’ils ont assurés pour nous faire vivre le petit déjeuner comme une véritable expérience culinaire, 3) Mo Mo à la réception, pour son écoute et le support hors pair qu’elle nous a apporté. Vous avez toutes et tous fortement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Très belle année à vous tous et bravo pour votre professionnalisme exemplaire !

I had a suite that was very large and absolutely lovely. This is one of the few hotels that actually honors the Do Not Disturb sign. I stayed on North America time and did not often leave the room until 4 or 5 p.m. I was never hassled and was supplied with coffee, tea, water, and sugar as needed. I would love to come back and bring my wife. The location in the heart of the Souk Waqif is wonderful. Getting in and out with luggage is a bit wonky because taxis cannot come all the way to the door, but they have a golf cart to run guests and luggage to and from the taxi stand. The only disappointment was trying to book a 10 p.m. departure hours in advance and told to let them know about 10 minutes before I needed the cart. I did so happily and than got fed up when almost 20 minutes later there was no cart. I ended up walking to the taxi rank with my luggage. It was probably the best solution to start with. Finding your way to the hotel would be harder without the golf cart service. Going back to the taxi rank once you know where you are is just a few minute walk and easy. I should have just chilled out... The internet was good and worked outside as well at their restaurant. The pool is tiny and offsite. I never used the gym. All in all, I would say a visit to Qatar is well worth the time and money and one of the better trips I have done in years--and I have been to 96 countries and travel frequently. When I come back, I will definitely check out this hotel.
