« This cozy carriage house is the perfect location for visiting the area. It's a quick drive to beautiful beaches for long walks. Halfway between Grand Bend and Bayfield there's lots to do and see. We had terrific dinners at Paddington's Pub (Grand Bend) and The Black Dog Bistro (Bayfield). The carriage house is cozy and spotless. « Our first impression was just”Wow”! That was from the outside. Going inside, there were more Wows! and “Look at this”, and “This place is awesome!” I would call the architecture and decor Scandinavian minimalist-in the best possible sense.The cottage is filled with light from the floor to ceiling windows. And we definitely got the message from the owners that they wanted us to enjoy ourselves and feel at home. We did both. Would highly recommend this cottage for a quiet getaway. »

« This property is a dog owners dream! Huge fenced backyard so you don't have to have your pup on leash all the time and we had access to a private beach which my bulldog loved. We used the beach daily and never ran into another person on it. The town of Bayfield has water bowls for dogs outside most shops and again our bulldog was welcome most places in town. All of this made vacationing with our dog really easy - which was initially a worry of ours when booking time away from home. »
