2eme sejour a l hotel swcheiserhof mais cette fois ci cela ne s est pad tres bien passer. En effet mous avons eu une amende de 200chf car j avais soit dusant fumer dans la chambre ce qui est faux car j ai fumer bien sur mais la fenêtre grande ouverte avec le rideaux occultant derrière moi. LE PIRE c est que l on nous a refuser de nous servir un room service sous le prétexte que j avais fume dans la chambre et de ce fsit nius avons été traité tout au long de motre séjours comme de véritables pestiferes. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Hôtel très bien placé, en face de la gare. Chambre très bien rénovée et design. Notre chambre était bruyante, on entendait la musique du resturant en dessous. Nous avons manger le soir dans le restaurant. sacrée aventure. service sympa, mais complétement dépassé ! on a attendu 1h pour l'amuse bouche, 30 min de plus pour l'entrée ... sans parler qu'à pratiquement à chaque plat il y a eu mix avec les autres tables. manque de personnel probablement lié au Covid.

The property is overall nice and so is the staff. My only problem was with the room given. It was very small set against a corner and did not match the pictures. It felt as if Expedia platinum members are not welcome here.

I was disappointed 😢 about not receiving a room upgrade. I had a better experience last time when I booked through the hotel direct. It seems they reserve best rooms for direct bookings.
