« The best thing was the helpful, friendly staff. Everyone was so nice, but especially Jeff at the front desk. He went around and checked with all the tables at breakfast, answered questions and offered good suggestions for local activities. He was fantastic! Great breakfast, pool and whirlpool. Comfortable rooms and beds. Will definitely stay there again! »

« They had no drinking water when we were there. I also had no white milk one day at breakfast. And ran out of most breakfast items. »

« Dog hair was all over the rooms and had an odor to the room on arrival!! Was able to open the window to ventilate the room which really helped. However, there was a gap in the screen, and a child could definitely be able to push through the screen on the fourth floor. Contacted hotel and they would not give any money back. »

« No where did it mention there was construction. I was put in a room with blind parts still in the couch, drywall dust and spackling all over, not one towel bar hanger or toilet paper holder, tv didn’t work….disgusting. When I spoke with the manager about some kind of refund, he offered $20 (of the $167), but then because I booked through a third party, I’d have to call them. He said “the construction is listed in the small print”, which I’ve since canvassed and can find NO WHERE. Not impressed. »

« The room was okay. But the AC/Heater was horribly noisy every time it ran. Would wake up up during the night every time it ran. The room above us sounded like there was a herd of little ones. But they weren't running and jumping during the night and active again in the AM. Probably would not choose to stay here again. »

« The room was very clean and comfortable!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful and they were always making sure the hotel was clean! The bar staff were very friendly and Jeremiah was the best as he visited with us for quite a while 👍👍 I highly recommend this Embassy Suites and recommend that you use Expedia to book your stay!!!! »

« The staff was very helpful. I needed salad dressing and they called a nearby restaurant to see if I could purchase a cup of ranch. I definitely recommend this Hotel for all your needs! »

« Checked in room was filthy, stained sofa. Holes in the walls and bathroom sink counter was cracked. T.V.s were outdated. »

« Very friendly people but the hotel is older and has a lot of wear and tear. Kids loved the pool. It was less expensive than other places around so you get what you pay for. Would return. »
