« We loved this house, which was 5 minutes from family, where we were having an Engagement Party. We had plenty of room for the 3 sets of adults and 4 children ages 2 to 17. We weren't at the house much due to the party help we were offering and the party itself but the time we were there we were all very comfortable. « We love the property. The only problem we had was Waze took us into the school parking lot first and we had a nice tour of the school and the grounds. I then realized it was the next driveway. The alpacas were fun. Very friendly. The house left a bag of kibble in our unit to feed the alpacas with. They had a great alpaca gift shop.Something to note, one of the units is actually a basement unit. It does have windows so it does let light in, but it is below another unit and is a basement unit. « Our Colorado room was beautiful. We appreciated the beautiful decor, air conditioning, far over bed, fireplace and shampoo and soap since we forgot ours, and complimentary drinks in fridge and a wonderful breakfast in the morning and coffee with creamer. We will be back again. »

« Clean, beds were comfortable, beautiful homeand great communication. We stayed in August when it was pretty hot. Didn't know that the air conditioner was a swamp cooler. It's not really healthy to use. Hopefully they also replaced the grill because it was rusted out. Really satisfied with our stay. Thank you!!! »
