« Hello, I wanted to share some concerns about my recent stay and request your help in reviewing whether a partial refund might be appropriate. When I checked in, I asked if it would be possible to place my room on the same floor as another family member staying at the hotel. « I felt like the walk from the front entrance was quite the distance and you could only catch ride shares from the front entrance. Discovered this the hard way. This particular room had to be close to the pool and club area as you could hear the music late at night. »

« The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking.
