This modernly furnished villa boasts a quiet and private location and is the perfect space for up to 8 guests. With fully furnished rooms equipped with LCD TVs, air conditioning, and heating, you'll feel right at home. The villa features 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 1 separate toilet, all complete with showers or bathtubs and a washing machine. The main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and kitchenware, as well as a dining area and comfortable living room.
Relax by the outdoor pool or take a dip in the large heated indoor pool located in the wellness area, which also features a sauna. Enjoy additional activities such as table tennis, table football, and a children's playground, making Villa Kate the perfect choice for families. Please note that groups of young people are not allowed.
Pool heating available throughout the year and is charged extra 260 EUR/week.Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €10 per dog, per day.
