There are permanent tenants in the adjoining apt that have dogs and they are allowed to bark without any repercussions. This is not a relaxing property at all. « On the listing, it was stated there was a washer and dryer Well there was no washer and dryer but there was hook ups In the ad it states 5 minutes from the marina Well its 5 minutes if you take an uber about a 15 to 20 minute walk Same goes for the grocery store it about a 15 walk to the local grocery store or about a a 5minute uber It was an ok place to stay but I have to think twice about going back »

« Nice staff, clean apartment. However, the description needs to be updated: there is no restaurant or bar anymore, the pool is not heated and downtown/beach is 30 mn away by walk or 10 mn by car. »
