Vacation Park This stylish vacation rental with a sauna is located on the first floor and spans two levels—ideal for couples seeking relaxation and comfort. With approximately 32 m² of living space, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea.
Downstairs, the bright living room with a comfortable seating area, TV, and radio invites you to unwind. The adjacent dining area, with a table for two, creates a cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and an exhaust hood—perfect for preparing meals at your own pace. A separate guest restroom is also located on this level.
On the upper level of the apartment, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a double bed (two mattresses, each 90 x 200 cm), another TV, and a modern bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Fly screens on the windows ensure peaceful nights without disturbances.
The furnished shared terrace belonging to the apartment invites you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. You can park your bicycles right next to the terrace. For families with small children: Children under 3 years of age stay free of charge upon request.
A special highlight is the location within the Freesenbruch vacation park, which offers a swimming pool available for free use and a vacation apartment with a sauna. The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement—ideal for relaxing evenings after a day at the beach.
The vacation park is quietly situated on the edge of the forest, right next to the nature reserve. For children, there’s a large playground with a variety of play equipment as well as a soccer field. At the “Waldhaus” restaurant, Nordic-Bavarian delicacies await you.
The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the town center of Zingst are just a 15-minute walk away. Two modern charging stations, each with two ports (22 kW), have been available in the outdoor parking lot since 2024.

The vacation park is located on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and quietly situated on the edge of the forest.

The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that can be used daily, free of charge, and year-round.
The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement.

Children can play and run around to their heart’s content on a large meadow.
In addition to a soccer field with goals, there are numerous different play structures available, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandbox, a merry-go-round, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real ship.

It’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach or to the town center.

Since 2024, there have been two charging stations, each with two charging points (max. 22 kW), in the outdoor parking lot of the vacation park.
