Kitchen has everything you need to cook plus extras . Nice to have so many extra towels to use around the pool. The view is great day or night. We were for New Years and the fire work show was the BEST

Everything was great! The view is absolutely unbeatable. Everything was clean. We had an issue with the AC, but it was fixed right away! The hosts were super accommodable and friendly. 10-15 min walk to downtown Zijuatanejo which was perfect for us. There is also a little coffee breakfast spot right next door!

Perfect family getaway

We absolutely loved the pool and outdoor area. The view is all time and the bedrooms were spacious! Everything was great and communication/property manager were awesome. Would definitely stay again. Also the 150 steps down to town and back up were a welcome workout to work off all the cervezas!

beautiful Place with great views.

It was great coming back to a pool after a days of 90 degree weather. The internal staircase was a god sent compared to the public staircase. the full covered patio with 2 fans and a sun screen was lovely. The caretaker was excellent. furniture was great. Nice having the bedrooms air conditioned. Bathrooms were descent size. We had a espresso business next door and 50 yards down the road was a bar/with some food built right into the rocky side of the road. They have Pazoli and karaoke nights on Thursday. The whole neighborhood comes out.Kool place.Now for the not so good...The beds in the rooms were not what I had signed up for. I even confirmed with the owner to change but was not changed. The dishwasher was missing and we could never get the oven to work even after turning on the breaker switch. The living room fan blade broke off and flew off across the room. No one was hurt. Found several other broken fans in garage. Need to pick another type. The outside toilet had no running water and was filled with poop. YeeksYes I would go back but those items mentioned need to be disclosed prior.

Beautiful property

We loved our stay in this house. We pretty much lived on the outdoor patio enjoying the view of the harbor, the boats, the sunrise, and the birds floating on the thermals. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. The whole environment was very comfortable and relaxing, we felt right at home. There are two very good restaurants at the bottom of the steps that go past the house. Both have great views and great food. There is also a little hole in the wall called Club M down the street from the front door that has delicious simple food. The Wyndham in the other direction has a passable restaurant and offers massages by the pool for 528 pesos for an hour. You don't have to be staying there to go in. It was an easy walk into downtown Zihua, maybe 10 minutes. Loved, loved, loved our stay.

Great Vacation Property

Enjoyed our 1 week stay. Place is spacious, clean and well stocked. Appreciated Amado’s check ins and his friendly help with calling cabs for us. Be sure you are comfortably scaling 160 stair steps if you choose the shortest walking route to town (no problem for us but might be for some). The walk into town is less than 10 minutes. The pool is on the cool side as it is mostly shaded but we appreciated it for quick cool off dips.

Spent 2wks at this property March of 2024, would give it a 4.5star. Our contact while at the property (Amado) was a great help - was there on site everyday and if we needed something he would get it for us or suggested where we needed to go - 5* for him. The property was spacious for four adults, clean, description of the amenities were accurate saying that, the bbq had seen better days (burners need replacement - difficult to cook food with uneven heat). We were unable to enjoy the balcony view from the bedrooms because there were no chairs available to sit on. It is a beautiful location/view from lower patio , yes there was 100 stairs to walk down to the road, and 10 minute walk to Centro. There are other options if you don,t want to walk - the Combi (public van) passes by the property every 7mins or call a taxi ..

Amazing views!

The unit was very spacious and well appointed, the pool although a bit small was always a refreshing break from the hot sun. The stairs leading up and down to the street could be a challenge for some people but taxis and combis are plentiful in the area. Thanks to Amado for going above and beyond to make our stay awesome!

Relaxing getaway

My family had a wonderful time at the villa! Check in was easy. The villa was very clean and spacious. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed an awesome New Year's Eve fireworks show from the balcony. Having the pool right there was a great way to cool off after a day of exploring. The property caretaker, Amado, was super helpful and we found our Zihua vacation very relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Roomy and Nice House

I enjoyed staying at this house. It has a nice view of the bay. The rooms were decent size and it was comfortable for six people. I also liked the location, allowing us to walk to Contramar. There was an unfortunate event that happened during our stay. One person was locked in the bedroom and couldn’t get out due to a door knob failure. However, the onsite manager responded very quickly. He pried out the door and freed the trapped person. The only thing that I was not completely satisfied with was the email communication with the host prior to arrival. It was somewhat challenging.

Great place to hang out

Great view of Zihuatanejo Bay looking East. Short walk into Zihuatanejo but you have to negotiate about 75 stairs. Can catch a cab from upper street also. Property is a nice three bedroom house with AC in all three rooms each with own shower and bathroom. View is spectacular and pool is great for cooling off. Amando the manager is a great guy and understands English well. Very attentive to our questions and needs. Would return to property again.

Spectacular view

This is a beautiful property. It is away from the noise of the central area and we loved climbing all the stairs daily to the beach. It is a great bonus that your car can be safely parked in a garage as well.

Google maps couldn’t find this address, we asked a few locals but nothing we had to stay in a hotel

How can I get my money back ? I can’t give any stars we couldn’t find This place , drove for 2 hours Asked locals about this villas , no one knew where they were , but I have to select a choice in order to review at the end we payed all inclusive holiday in on the beach at Ixtapa That one I can totally recommend !

Perfect family get away.

We had the out door area to our selves as no one was in the unit beside us. It was perfect. If you are looking for a private place this may not work for you as the other unit is close. However, if you are fun and friendly and don't mind a 15 minute walk to the town area, it's perfect. Great fun for a group of adults as well. Good room seperation/privacy. Can't beat the views. Friendly, knowledgeable care taker. Wish I had a month not a week.

Excellent stay

We just spent 5 weeks in Zihua and we will definitely be back! Amado (the host) was friendly, informative, attentive and yet gave us plenty of privacy. Only a 10min walk into town with a good workout of 167 stairs back up to the house after dinner to work off my wine! Views and sunrises are beautiful with shade in the afternoon on the deck, Beds are firm, kitchen is well stocked, and having laundry available will allow me to come with much less next time!

Perfect place to do absolutely nothing.

This beautiful property perfectly illustrates why many travellers are preferring homes over hotels. Whether for a family, or 3 couples, this place is so spacious, well-equipped and beautifully furnished that you could never feel overcrowded! The panoramic vista is spectacular, and Jose and Amado are available and most accommodating. It’s a bit of a steep walk to town or the beach, but the delight of just hanging out there makes it well worth the effort. We would happily return!

Great place to stay in Zihua

Love being on Puerto Mio side of bay--beautiful bay and sunrise views and escape the harsh afternoon sun. Steps to town (although very steep stairway from condo to street leading to town). Very well equipped kitchen. Owner/manager very timely in responding to all questions and requests. Only downside was construction currently happening on pier that went on even through the night--bring ear plugs!

Spacious condo with fabulous outdoor space and views!

Just returned from a week long stay at this lovely condo. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the ample living space, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and mostly the outdoor living area with shared pool and comfortable furniture. Large kitchen allows for making meals for the group. Brewed some coffee each morning and sat on the patio to catch the sunrise and watch the fishing boats come in and taxi boats to Playa las Gatas start up. Morning swims for a cool down, trip to town or a beach, but always a shady retreat in the afternoon and evenings to this patio! Mado, the property manager was very helpful and checked in with us now and then. Many steps down to the road and into town. Coming back may be hard, but it’s a cheap taxi ride back to the top of condo unit. We had the best time staying here and would love to return!

Beautiful Zihuatanejo views!

Love this property! We lived out on the deck. The view is to die for! The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. We had a small problem with one of the toilets not flushing properly in one of the bedrooms but Amado the property manager is right on site and fixed it promptly. The property rises steeply above the town (we counted 168 steps!), but we always cooled off right away in our own private pool. Highly recommend and we would go back in a heartbeat!
