« The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service. »

« Great hotel. Excellent location. »

« Loved it, very nice, highly recommend »

« Perfect for the budget traveller. The address posted on here is wrong. Or at least that might be the address of the other building, they have two. The main address is: HunanZhangjiajieYongdingPengjiapu Unit, Guanli Road No.1-21. This is a family owned place, the husband speaks some English and is very helpful. The wife man's the front desk at the main building and the son on the other. Very clean and close to food and Tianmen Mountain Cableway. »

« We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is conveniently located near Tianmen Mountain, the train station, and the 72 Wonders, making it an excellent base for exploring Zhangjiajie. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location. »

On a adoré »

« Hotel was convenient for Tianmen Mountain cableway entrance. It is clean with nice rooms. Staff don't speak much English but were friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that they advertise a free airport shuttle as one of their amenities but this was not the case. When I asked to book it, the hotel staff said they did not offer this service. »
