NEWLY REMODELED! Welcome to Lake Tahoe, the most beautiful place in the world! We would love to host you in our family getaway located in the Pinewild waterfront community in Zephyr Cove. Unwind on our private beach or on one of the condo's decks taking in the tranquility of your surroundings. Our home is located in the center of Tahoe's year round activities! Although restaurants, shops, ski resorts, premier golf, and nightlife are just a 5 minute drive away, our home is peaceful and secluded.
The master bedroom boasts a king size Sleep Number bed, and the guest bedroom has a comfy king size bed also. All high thread count linens, blankets, and duvet covers are washed between guests. There are wall mounted flat screen TVs with Netflix and other free streaming channels in both bedrooms.
Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and a lovely body wash. A hair dryer is provided for your use while staying as our guest.
We have a full size clothes washer and dryer, as well as laundry soap for our guests. We provide an ironing board and iron too. There are even cleaning supplies for our guests, to include antibacterial cleaning wipes.
Upstairs, you will find the main living space; the great room, kitchen, dining area, and the upstairs deck. We have a Traeger smoker/grill on the deck and an outside dining table for four..
There is plenty of seating in the great room to watch TV and just hang out. There is a gas only fireplace which is very welcoming on those cold nights and snowy days.
The recently remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with Italian pots and pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, and a variety of spices and oils. We provide a Keurig coffee maker, that uses ground coffee beans or coffee pods. We also provide coffee and snacks for our guests.
In the warm weather months, we provide our guests with a two person kayak, two paddle boards, oars, life vests, beach chairs, beach towels, a sand umbrella, a small ice chest, and a wagon to haul everything down to the beach each day. We are only about a 3-5 minute walk down to the private beach, and beautiful Lake Tahoe. The public beaches are very crowded and often fill up during the summer months. Not having to worry about parking and fighting for a place on the beach are what makes our place a true gem.
We have tennis rackets, pickle ball rackets, and balls for our guests to use at the two tennis/pickle ball courts located behind our condo. The courts are available during the warmer months.
In the colder months, we have sleds for our guests to use. There is a small hill in front of our condo that our grand children just love. I can give suggestions to other places to go sledding too.
I am available before and during my guests’ stays if they have any questions, or need restaurant or activity suggestions. I want every one of my guests to love Lake Tahoe as much as our family does, and to have the best stay possible.
