« Listed as a “Luxury Hotel” - this is not a Luxury hotel. More a camping resort & SPA with rooms.
There are often maintenance issues in a hotel, what matters is how they are handled. I expected the below to be resolved in hours, but it took three days:
• Batteries in A/C (not actually air conditioning) remote - after asking 3 times was given the batteries out of the unit in reception.
• No shower gel in shower - asked 3 times.
Design issues:
• Shower - no shelving, everything has to go on...

« The facility was brand new and super clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area and jacuzzi were immaculate. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing, the food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Breakfast had a large variety of great tasting food. The facility was off the beaten path, but worth the drive. »
