The private property is 200m, 3 minutes walking distance to the beach. From the house there are many private nature trails on the property to explore that tie into the Camaronal Refuge turtle hatchery & National Park.

Situated along Costa Rica's North Pacific coastline, Playa Camaronal is located 10 minutes south of Playa Carrillo and 20 minutes south of CR most beloved beach town of Playa Samara and 3.5 miles north of Punta Islita.

You can either park at the Camaronal Welcome Center or take a side by side or 4 wheeler from the Villa through the land and walk to the beach through the trails.

Explore miles of well maintained Hiking/Walking/Biking trails through HF’s estate connect to Camaronal Refuge. An impressively diverse group of wildlife tends to congregate in the estuary where the Ora River empties into the sea. From lush jungle forests to pristine beaches, hiking trails and a world class surf break Harmonic Farms Villa offers the ultimate eco lux experience.

Chef's kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances including Viking stove, Smeg juicer, Jura espresso maker, fully stocked William Sonoma kitchen & cookware, a 5-seat granite marble bar, room-length glass dining table with dimmed lighting and sparkling ambience. Ran out of limes? steps from the front door are fruit trees producing mint, mangos, avocados, limes, bananas and more…

Rancho pool deck includes an Olympic saltwater pool, poolside bath & shower, parrilla style grill, wood fire pizza oven, rancho covered living room, Oynx sound system, ranch-style fireplace, kitchen bar and an 8-seat cocobolo dining table for all your sunset dinner dreams.

The vineyard saltwater swim spa offers a palm covered escape with sound system and swim-up bar. Situated on the lower level of the rancho you'll experience jungle immersion privacy.

HF Master suites offer vaulted ceilings, pool deck access, breathtaking 180 ocean views, spa amenities, ocean view outdoor rain showers, his and hers vanity and dedicated workspace.

Cabana loft includes two beds, full bath, loft views of pool deck, and stunning jungle & ocean views.

The Rancho Suite is a truly unique and special experience for those with an adventurous spirit. The Rancho Suite includes an ocean facing queen sized bed, full bath and bamboo shower with (you guessed it) ocean views, terrace bar, and ocean views of Harmonic Farms.

HF Jungle Gym includes an outdoor boxing gym with heavy bag, free weights, weighted bar, bands, ropes and rings. HF also has a t-box for those looking to work on their swing, a bocce ball court and pool deck spin cycle.
