The guest cottage once belonged to the owner’s grandparents and the ancient olive grove beside the main house roots the property firmly in its rural setting. Solid stone walls, beamed ceilings and arched windows honour local architectural tradition, while thoughtful modern touches ensure a comfortable stay. The main house offers two bedrooms, complemented by a detached cottage with its own bedroom, shower room and living space, making it ideal for two couples or a multi-generation group seeking a little extra independence.

Outdoor living is just as appealing, with natural shade from mature trees, generous seating and dining areas, and atmospheric lighting that transforms the garden after dark. Barbecue evenings can be enjoyed in peaceful seclusion, accompanied only by the sounds of nature, yet beaches, boat hire and excellent tavernas are all within a 10 to 15-minute drive, offering the perfect balance between countryside calm and coastal exploration.



This 3-bedroom villa (sleeps 2–6) is arranged between the main house and a guest cottage. The ground floor of the main house features an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area with a smart TV and doors opening onto the terrace. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, hob, and coffee maker. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom (160cm bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), both with balconies, plus a shower room with WC.

The separate guest cottage offers a double bedroom (160cm bed) with terrace access, a shower room with WC, and a kitchenette with a separate living area, providing added privacy and flexibility.
