The houses are set on a 9,000 m² property surrounded by olive trees and consist of three buildings. Each building contains four studios—two upstairs and two on the ground floor. All studios are modern, tastefully furnished, and designed to provide a relaxing holiday.

Located in the heart of nature, between mountain and sea, the studios feature a cozy living room with a fireplace, shower/WC, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bed, and a sofa bed suitable for a third adult or two children. Each studio also offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a balcony with garden furniture and panoramic views of the Aegean Sea.

Cleaning
Every three days, cleaning is provided along with a change of towels and linens.

Taverns and a mini-market are nearby. For more shopping and entertainment, Agios Ioannis is about 4 km away.

Parking
Parking is available on the property grounds.

Beach
The beautiful Damouchari Beach is just 40 meters below the houses. Additional beaches and coves can be found within a 4 km radius.
