This apartment features two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Additionally, a rollaway bed can be added to one of the bedrooms. The living room boasts a sofa that extends into a queen-size bed, a dining area, and a huge balcony with a sea view. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge, and the air-conditioned living room with a dining area creates a home-like atmosphere.

We offer free parking, a yard with a children's playground, a standalone pool, and a barbecue. Florens Residence is situated in the most beautiful and quietest touristic area of Zadar - Diklo, right across from the pebbly Diklo beach and the hotel's amusement aqua park and beach.

The city center is a 10-15 minute drive away and can be reached by Uber, Bolt, or bus, with a stop just 5 minutes from the apartment.
