« The guy that looked after us, Satoshi, was really nice and very accommodating- he didn't speak english and we didnt speak Japanese but we got by. It was end of season and very quiet feeling like we had the place to ourselves. It was clean and immaculate. The breakfast was beautifully presented and ample. He met uas at the station and dropped us off as well as taking us elsewhere as and when needed. A really good experience and we would return. »

« 食事などはボリュームもありとても満足しています。 しかし 暖房器具が合わなくて苦労しました。 暖房を使うと喉が痛くなってしまい暖房を使わないまま寝たこと。 家族連れの子供が終始騒いでおり残念ながら夜も朝もうるさかったこと。 これはホテル側の問題ではないので難しいところです。 暖房器具は部屋に備え付けのものを使うと喉がやられてしまい咳き込んでしまいました。 »

« It is a truly great location you are literally across the road from the gondola that takes you all the way to the top of Uoentaria (almost the top of the mountain) you can also take the snow mobile (which stops very close) to the bottom of the hikage area (where the ski lessons are held etc) However you are a bit of a walk from the main part of town and it is mainly uphill to get back to the accomodation, so it's a bit of a hassle for dinner after a long day skiing (but its nothing if you're a...

« The hotel and staff are fine. My issue was with our particular room. It had a nice modern kitchen, with walls that were red brick, two different odd wall paper, and a beach mural. The ceiling was green with pink trim. The two twin beds were mismatched in style and height. The couches and bedding sheets were dirty with stains. As I look through their advertised rooms, I don’t see pictures of our particular room. »

« Too big for 13 pax, The best part is living area have billiard table, Dart and Karaoke and snow mountain scenic view while dining is exceptional. Living area needs a lot of improvement. The kitchen is very very dirty. »
