Our family loved staying here we had a blast our daughter didn’t want to go home or even get out the pool lol. She had a wonderful birthday and everyone had lots of fun and there were lots of things in the house that was helpful I didn’t have to worry about bringing as much because it was already provided, which was really helpful because I forgot a few things, but didn’t have to worry about it cause it was already in the house. There was more than enough room for our daughter and our family to come over for her party and be able to play and not be crowded. The house was very comforting. We will be staying there again.

My family & I came for mom's funeral & wanted a place to stay together instead of in hotels where we wouldn't have much time together. This place was wonderful for that. We had a nice time in the pool & everything was clean and comfortable. The only reasons I'm knocking a star:1. The wrong amounts of beds were advertised. I booked for 10 people based on the amount of beds & it was short by 2 beds. The host quickly accommodated by sending us 2 air mattresses. This was very appreciated, but still caused some unneeded distress at first. I do see that the description has been updated. 2. Bathrooms: The exhaust fan in the main bathroom makes a terrible sound. It was funny at first (kind of sounds like one of those old "ahooooga" car horns), but gets annoying fast. Some of the bath towels are also in need of updating.3. Check out: I'd suggest the hosts update their checkout info. The book in the house says to turn the AC OFF upon checkout. We thought that was strange, but did it anyway. I went to send a message to let the host know we had checked out on time & saw they'd sent different instructions (vrbo didn't notify) through the portal. It said to set AC to 80, not OFF. Luckily we were still in the driveway so I ran in to fix it, but that could make for a very warm house for the next guest. 4. I'm not sure if this would be on vrbo or host, but there were additional fees after vrbo states the price is "all in".Hope this feedback helps the hosts improve upon a great place! :)

In town for First Grandchild

Our family came in town for our first granddaughter to be born. The house and pool were great and allowed fun time playing cards at the kitchen table. Home was well equipped with kitchen appliances and dishes to entertain and cook dinners.

I love this VRBO its perfect for my family and we enjoy our stay. Kitchen is under stocked with supplies, if planning to cook. This is my only concern.

Beautiful clean home , everything you could want

The home is in a nice neighborhood, easy access to everywhere. The heated pool was amazing and the hosts were very prompt in answering all of our needs. Highly recommend this home for your stay! Clean, well stocked and very well organized!

Wedding Trip

Bob and Suzanne were great hosts! Their response to questions or requests were very prompt. They have instructions at the home but always encourage you to reach out if there are any questions. The place was very specious. We traveled with our 4 boys ages 2-14, my mother, my brother and his girlfriend. One thing that we liked that it had everything we needed, like if we were in our own home. There were games for the boys and tvs in every room. The boys even jumped in the pool. They provided the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even washing soap. We did not expect that, we brought our own but had we forgotten something, they had it there. Overall, it has been the best place we've stayed.

Quiet neighborhood

Family tradition

Got together to celebrate my sons Heavenly birthday. Stay was nice and we enjoyed the ping pong table. Kitchen was limited on supplies but we made do. Would stay again.

Great Stay

We have stayed here twice and each time it has been great! Ample space for traveling with 7 people. Plus, the ping pong table and the pool are a nice touch! Bob and Suzann were very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and size

My family was in town for my brother’s retirement from the USMC, and we really appreciated the convenient location close to base. We had 7 adults and so the 4 bedrooms worked perfectly for us. The pool was even refreshing in the July Yuma heat! Bob and Suzann were very responsive hosts.

Yuma House with Pool

Outstanding vacation in Yuma at a centrally located beautiful home. House was immaculate with a beautiful pool. Grand children enjoyed playing ping pong and swimming to beat the heat. Highest recommendation.
