D'abord une bonne communication : un message d'acceuil qui vous met en confiance et vous indique comment arriver. Une collaboratrice qui se libére rapidement pour vous accueillir en anglais et faire le check in. Enfin respect des engagements nous avons obtenu notre chambre à 9h45am et pu rapidement nous reposer. Nous vous recommandons donc vivement cet hotel sachez cependant que le petit déjeuner est chinois pas anglais...et que le bâtiment n'est pas tout jeune.

spacious, clean, modern looking room. staff is friendly & pro-active in helping show you the way to your room & other amenities. transport to the airport is included, but it isn't a shuttle that runs on a fixed schedule that anyone can just board. the ride needs to be booked in advance (runs on the hour) and can only be used once per stay. and if you're wondering why anyone would need to head to the airport more than once during their stay, it's because you can catch the Beijing metro / subway from the airport....in case you wanted to head to the city centre before flying out. my ride to their airport was in a sedan with 2 other guests + the driver...so imagine 3 people in the back with 3 fairly large luggages. the trip isn't more than 15 mins, so the overall stay is pretty good value for money.

Had a wonderful stay here. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean with soft bedding. Convenient transportation nearby, overall fantastic experience and highly recommended.
