Up a hill above a private airfield, and down a short dirt road, allow yourself to be captivated by the stunning views of the mountains and town below, immersing you in the soothing ambience of the desert. We welcome you to our stylish, family-friendly space, featuring an open-concept living area, 3 restful bdrms a spa-like bath + master bath. The large back yard is well appointed with firepit, bbq + seating & hammock under starry skies.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

*You will have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage and laundry room (used by host to keep Desert Voyager well-stocked and sparkling clean).

ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

THE DRIVE:
You will need to drive approximately 500 ft on an unpaved dirt road to access the property.

PARKING:
There is a plenty of parking space! Please do not park on the street.

THE LOCATION:
Close to all conveniences in the town of Yucca Valley and with quick access to high-desert destinations such as Joshua Tree National Park and Pioneertown. Also just 30 miles to the Palm Springs / Coachella Valley region.

PETS:
$65 one-time fee, two dogs max.
We allow well-trained dogs, we just ask that you please pick up after them and don’t allow them to chew on the furniture. Be mindful that there are occasional visits from coyotes and other wildlife, as well as cactus plants in the yard and they can get pricks in their paws. SORRY NO CATS ALLOWED

AMENITIES:
We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as extra blankets/body soap/shampoo/coffee/salt/pepper/cooking spray/water bottles etc

INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet (200 MBPS) great for remote work and streaming.

You can access your Netflix/Hulu/Disney+/Prime Video etc accounts with the Smart TV

SECURITY:
A Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras inside the property
