Guests have full private access to the house. The detached garage remains locked. The entire property is fenced in.

Dog friendly ($75 pet fee). No dogs on furniture. Please report at booking if bringing a pet.

Septic system: flush only toilet paper.

Bring your own firewood for the fire pit (purchase locally).

No smoking anywhere on property.

Desert plants have sharp thorns, take care with pets and children.

Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Sound carries far in the desert.
