Bedrooms: Each of our FOUR bedrooms features top-of-the-line KING and QUEEN-sized beds with premium mattresses, high-quality linens, and a flatscreen TV in each. The MASTER BEDROOM also comes with a HUGE MASTER BATHROOM for your comfort.

Kitchen: The heart of our home is a MODERN kitchen, boasting top-of-the-line STAINLESS STEEL appliances, including an oven/gas stove, refrigerator, and KEURIG coffee machine, you'll have everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Inside the cupboards are essential cookware, utensils, and essential cooking ingredients you'll need for the stay.

Living room: SPACIOUS Living Area with Fireplace Display, LARGE SOFA, and HUGE TV Entertainment with ROKU. The Living room is extended with another living space with additional seating, wide-screen TV, and a DEDICATED WORKSPACE.

Bathrooms: Indulge in our TWO FULL BATHROOMS complete with modern amenities, plush towels, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Both bathrooms enjoy an expansive VANITY space and a refreshing tub & shower area.

Backyard: In the backyard, you can enjoy a PATIO DINING with a long, 8-seater wooden table. Opposite to this is a backyard DECK with COVERED Sun Loungers.

Parking: The garage can fit up to 2 normal-sized cars, and driveway parking is available. Note: The garage dimension and clearance can only fit standard-sized cars and may NOT be suitable for accommodating large/oversized vehicles like trucks, SUVs, or large vans.

You'll have 100% privacy and full access to the entire home as it's a self-check-in process.

If you're looking to explore nearby cities like Palm Springs or Joshua Tree, we recommend renting a car or bringing your own. We have easy access to the 62 freeway, so we place you just a short drive to some of Southern California's top destinations.

For those who prefer not to drive, there are plenty of options for public transportation. The Morongo Basin Transit Authority offers bus services throughout the Yucca Valley area, with stops at popular destinations like Joshua Tree National Park and the Yucca Valley Premium Outlets.

You can also hail a ride-sharing service like Uber and Lyft for a convenient and affordable way to get around town. Simply download the app on your smartphone and request a ride to your desired destination.

If you're looking to explore the local area, you can rent a bike or go for a leisurely walk. There are also plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby, as well as sidewalks and walking paths for those who prefer to stay on foot.

IMPORTANT: Early check-in and/or late check-out requests are NOT guaranteed. Approval is based on availability.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Vrbo's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the like for this location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund, and you will be asked to immediately leave the property.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside away from other unit front doors. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fee to get rid of residual odors.

NUMBER OF GUESTS. No outside guests are allowed. Only the number of people in your booking is allowed in the home. Please make sure to include in the reservation the correct number of guests staying.

PACKAGE DELIVERY: Do not ship packages to the listing. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages that may be delivered to the property during your stay. We highly recommend that you use your personal address or a secure delivery locker for any packages or mail you may need to receive during your trip.

PROPERTY LOSS: Hosts shall not be liable for damage to guests’ personal property of any type, for any reason or cause whatsoever.

THE DESERT
• The desert is home to coyotes, spiders, scorpions, wild dogs, bobcats, snakes, large birds of prey, and lots of pokey things!
• It's nearly impossible to keep every bug out, especially if doors are left open or it's been very hot lately. Guests may be visited by wildlife including birds, jackrabbits, and lizards who may greet you during your stay. By booking with us you are acknowledging this.
• Temperature and weather extremes are common including high winds, dust storms, snow, and temperatures ranging from 38-110 F.
• This is California: Wildfires and Earthquakes can happen!
Please prepare, plan, dress, hydrate, apply sunscreen, and supervise children, pets, and loved ones accordingly.
• Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.
We want you to have a great stay in our home, and to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask you to follow these rules:

Please refrain from excessive drinking, smoking, vaping, or any use of illegal substances on our property. A violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine and an additional cleaning charge.

To conserve energy, please turn off lights when leaving your bedroom or the house. Please always lock the main door when entering or leaving.

Our housekeeping staff provides enough towels and linens for the registered guests only. If you need extra towels or linens, please let us know before your check-in date. Otherwise, we will charge a $20 fee for each stained, damaged, or missing towel.

We require that guests check out by 10 AM, unless prior arrangements have been made. Late check-outs that have not been approved will incur a $50 fee for every 30 minutes past 10 AM.

If you bring a pet that was not disclosed during the booking process, a $500 fine per pet will be charged.

Please note that no events or parties are allowed, and quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. We ask that you respect our neighbors by avoiding loud music and noise, and there will be a $500 fee for any events that disturb the quiet hours or cause disturbance to the neighbors.
