Itâs fairly new to the market. Still adjusting to everything. General manager was very nice and tried her best to accommodate but when front staff manager got involved it turned out to be a mess. He gave us the wrong room on another booking but we decided not to say anything because it would have become more of an ordeal to solve and became more of a problem. This wasnât the first time. Iâm afraid it wonât be a last so we just decided to stay at another property from now on.
