THE SPACE

The home features a split floor plan with two private queen suites located on opposite sides of the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. This layout works especially well for two families traveling together, couples, or grandparents joining the trip.

The primary suite includes a queen bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and separate enclosed toilet room.

Across the main living area, the second suite offers another queen bed, walk-in closet, and private full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Down the hall are two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed. Together, the bunk rooms sleep up to six guests and share a full bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combination.

ROOM TO SPEND TIME TOGETHER

At the center of the home, the open kitchen, dining, and living areas give everyone a comfortable place to gather for meals, relax after a long day, or spend time together. Large triple windows in both the dining and living rooms bring in plenty of natural light during the day.

Just off the living room, kids have a dedicated toy room with seating, toys, a few board games, and a window overlooking the driveway.

Guests can also enjoy time outside in the yard when there’s a break in the day’s activities.

Our neighborhood directly borders the Youngsville Sports Complex, making the home especially convenient for families traveling to Youngsville for games and tournaments. The complex hosts a variety of sports and also features an inclusive playground and a new amphitheater.
