« The hotel needs badly to be upgraded. Itâs beautiful (especially the gardens), but the premises need to be enhanced. No dedicated lanes for swimmers: too crowded, and - despite the hotelâs rules - people are allowed to wear clothes and drink spirits in the swimming pool. Also, astonishingly, the hotel does not refund you at all if you cancel your reservation (even with a long notice). Just some water trickling in my roomâs shower. This hotel is undoubtedly overrated. The staff is wonderful....
