« This was by far our worst rental experience. The house was dirty on arrival — dusty floors, filthy bathrooms — and the caretaker offered to clean it privately for an extra fee. The Wi-Fi didn’t work because the host hadn’t paid the provider, and it was cut off again before checkout with no response from the host.We booked for 11 people but only received 8 towels. « This property is very well situated in a nice, safe neighborhood with proximity to many restaurants and shopping malls. The house is spacious, we found it comfortable for our family of 7. The security guards were very kind and helpful and Jose was quick to address any concerns. Overall, we had a great stay and I would stay here again. »
