Downstairs, you’ll find a comfortable living area — perfect for quiet evenings in or spending time together after a busy day exploring York. There’s also a sofa bed available, offering additional flexibility for sleeping arrangements.



The large, fully equipped kitchen is a real highlight of the home, featuring a central island with seating — ideal for shared meals, morning coffees, or socialising while cooking. A second seating area within the kitchen creates a relaxed, sociable space for everyone to enjoy.



Upstairs, the property offers three well-presented bedrooms:



One twin room with single beds

Two double bedrooms, one of which benefits from its own ensuite



A modern family bathroom is also located upstairs, providing convenience for larger groups.



Outside, there is a private courtyard area — a lovely spot to enjoy some fresh air or unwind during warmer days.
