Step through the front door and you’ll be welcomed by a cosy and beautifully appointed living room, designed for relaxation after a day exploring York’s famous sights. Sink into the plush sofa or comfortable armchairs and unwind with your favourite shows on the Smart TV.
Moving through the home, you’ll find a fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay. Appliances include a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils, and essentials for preparing meals with ease.

Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.
Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

PARKING We can offer parking for one car during your stay. This is managed with digital parking permits and will allow you to park in parking zone R30, which includes Emmerson Street, Glen Avenue, Hawthorn Street and Harcourt Street. In order to arrange this, please provide your license number at the point of booking and we will register your vehicle for parking with the council on the day of your check in.
INCLUDED IN THE STAY: For each stay we provide a bath towel and hand towel for each guest, a bath mat and a tea towel. We also provide a welcome pack to get guests starting including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and sugar. A dishwasher tablet, washing capsule, sponge scourer, J-cloth, bin bags and toiletries including soap and body wash.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
