Bateman Quarter offers a charming third-floor apartment located in the vibrant Spurriergate area of York. Accessible via five flights of stairs, this thoughtfully designed two-bedroom space provides a comfortable and convenient base for your stay in the city.
Step into the welcoming entrance hallway, which leads to a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. Relax on the cozy L-shaped sofa bed, enjoy your favorite shows on the wall-mounted TV, or gather around the dining table that seats four.
The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need for a hassle-free stay: a kettle, toaster, 2-ring electric hob, oven, microwave, washer dryer, fridge with icebox, and a slimline dishwasher. A full selection of crockery and cutlery is also provided to make self-catering easy.
The apartment features two inviting double bedrooms. Bedroom one includes a mirror, chest of drawers, and a hanging rail, while both rooms are fitted with bedside tables and lamps for added comfort. Complimentary sleep packs are included to help you unwind and rest well.
The modern shower room is equipped with a corner shower unit, WC, mirror, heated towel rail, and hand soap—everything you need for your daily routine.
Additional comforts include electric heating, secondary glazing, and the provision of fresh towels and linen.

With 100's of restaurants to choose from you'll be spoilt for choice for food in York.
A short walk away is the Jorvik centre if you're looking to find out more about York's Viking history. Cliffords Tower is close by. The impressive York Minster is a must-see during your trip.
Please note that this apartment enjoys a vibrant neighborhood with a lively bar nearby, so you may experience some expected background noise
Getting Around: Hop on hop off bus tours regularly drive around York if you fancy a leisurely tour of what the City has to offer. Uber and taxis are freely available for those who venture further afield. The train station is approximately a 15 minute walk away.
