Skyview Retreat sits on the 5th floor and offers skyline views over parts of the city and a great view of open skies over the rooftops of York to the distant Howardian Hills. The property benefits from full, professional interior design throughout and does not fail to impress.

The tech savvy will no doubt be impressed by the lightening quick fibre WiFi that offers typical download speeds of 600Mbps and upload speeds of 100Mbps. The TV is an LG OLED 55" smart TV with Freeview.

Upon entering the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area for the first time you will be immediately struck by the amazing amount of natural light coming into the apartment from the floor to ceiling windows. The property occupies a corner position on the building which aids this.

The kitchen area has been designed to the highest standards and features premium Neff appliances such as the oven and induction hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There's also a high end Smeg toaster and kettle plus a lovely DeLonghi espresso machine.
