Summary:
This recently renovated four-bedroom terraced house is located on a quiet residential street just outside York City Centre. A short walk from the historic city walls, it provides convenient access to nearby supermarkets, as well as a selection of takeaways and traditional pubs.
The Space:
As you step into the bright hallway, you’ll find a versatile ground-floor double bedroom—complete with a wardrobe and side table. The second reception room offers a welcoming space to relax or entertain, featuring two comfortable studded leather three-seater sofas and a dining table.
The kitchen, located at the rear of the ground floor, is finished with stylish dove-grey base and wall units, a ceramic sink, and a skylight over the breakfast bar. It is fully equipped with integrated appliances, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge, and freezer. Cookware, crockery, and cutlery are all thoughtfully provided. From here, the back door opens onto a paved courtyard garden, furnished with a bistro table for two—perfect for enjoying alfresco meals.
Upstairs on the first floor, you’ll find a single bedroom with a bed, side table, and wardrobe, alongside a spacious double bedroom with a bed, side table, and a walk-in wardrobe.
The house bathroom features a sunken P-shaped bath with a rainfall-style shower overhead, a basin, WC, glass wall-mounted display shelves, and a heated towel rail.
The fourth bedroom is located on the third floor and includes a comfortable double bed.
Free on-street parking is available, and a travel cot is provided (please note: bedding for the cot is not supplied).
