« Booked a few days out from the weekend we planned. Received only instructions to go to the front desk to get keys 2pm the day of arrival. Drove over 4 hrs with the whole family in the car ready to relax only to find out there was no booking , couldn’t get ahold of the owner. Called VRBO customer service and absolutely struggled to understand the representative assigned. Was told to give the confirmation number from our reservation email… it’s not working… they do not have it , kept saying this...
