« Very nice hotel. Great experience. The staff is helpful. They even provide a beautiful set of tea pot and cups in the room. The only thing is that they don’t have shuttle buses to the airport even though it’s said so. 😂 »

« Good value, centrally located with easy access to everything from transport to restaurants, pharmacies etc. staff was extremely helpful. Rooms could use some updating, laundry situation needs some addressing, dryers barely worked, took hours to get laundry done. »

« I chose this hotel for three reasons, it was in the old town, it had a shuttle to the Canton fair, and the rooms had kitchens. I was staying for a long time and I wanted to be able to cook for myself. When I got to the room, it had a kitchen with a nice dishwasher, but nothing to cook with or eat with so there’s no point to they’re being a kitchen. It isn’t a nice location with an old town. And it has a nice view of the river. It’s a building is in serious need of a renovation. Everything was...

« The location is great, with direct access to Beijing Road and lots of shops nearby, but it took us a bit of effort to find it. The staff were very nice and helpful and gave us an upgrade to a better room. The bathroom is a bit small though. »
