Location de mobil homes d'exception à Yona

« Very nice hotel , clean bedroom , large mirror and coffee maker in the bedroom , very efficient air conditioning . Beautiful and large swimming pool where we can swim laps . There is a basketball hoop in the swimming pool , it's very funny . Plenty of parkings space for the cars . This hotel is located in the city center . There are plenty of restaurants and shops all around next to the hotel . There is a very large and beautiful beach 5 minutes walk from the hotel . We stayed 27 nights...

« Sarah at the front desk was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable also pleasant to talk with. »

« ***The property owners have several units at different addresses. Be sure to confirm the address prior to booking! I was looking specifically for the Hagatna area. It was just me so I didn't need a lot of space. The location - for PEDRO'S PLACE only - was good. There was 1 assigned spot per unit and plenty of street parking in a decent neighborhood. One TV in the living room, unfortunately none of the 3 remotes linked to the TV and I had to use the power button to turn it on and off and had...

« Receptionist very kind, room quite good and spacious, with balcony. Air conditioner a bit noisy and no breakfast, but some gas station are not so far where you can buy food and coffee. »

« The breakfast selection was quite limited, with very few options available. The main dishes leaned heavily toward Korean cuisine, which may not appeal to guests looking for a wider variety of breakfast choices. More concerning was the unpleasant sewer-like odor coming from the mess hall, which was noticeable even in the buffet dining area. This significantly affected the overall dining experience. I hope management addresses the sanitation and odor issue and improves the breakfast selection to...

« WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY!!! When we first got there, we expected a three bedroom house, but instead we got a two bedroom. Eileen was on top of everything. She told us that the reason why we got the two bedroom was because of the water issues in the three bedroom house. Overall, the stay was great. AC was perfect. We actually turned it off a few times because we were too cold. No problems at all. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to come. And stay in Guam for a few weeks. The place...

« The unique thing about Nikko to me is that it feels like home. I worked here for 12 years so the familiarity is still there. I was saddened of our the landscaping is. The area around the whole building used to landscape professionally but now its longer than 3inch grass. »

« The location is perfect. »
