« コンドミニアム棟に泊まりましたが、正直、かなり建物は傷んでいます（廃墟といってもおかしくないくらい）。宿泊客もまばらでした。 しかし、室内はリフォームされていて、ものすごく快適。水の出方も、室内の清潔感も何一つ問題なく、過ごせました。 建物の古さや修繕ができないのは、レオパレスというよりも、観光客が遠のいているグアムそのものの問題なのでは。市街地のタモン湾から遠いという圧倒的なハンデはありますが、それだけではないような気がします。 以前、一度泊まったときの活気を取り戻してもらいたいです。 »

« WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY!!! When we first got there, we expected a three bedroom house, but instead we got a two bedroom. Eileen was on top of everything. She told us that the reason why we got the two bedroom was because of the water issues in the three bedroom house. Overall, the stay was great. AC was perfect. « L’hôtel est bien situé à 6min de la plage de Fujita. Vous avez un ABC store en bas de l’immeuble ouvert de 8h à 22h. Internet gratuit dans tout l hôtel.
