Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit super Ausblick aus dem 12 Stock. Gutes Konzept und sehr gutes Frühstück. Nicht mehr ganz fussläufig zur Innenstadt aber dank Yandex sehr gut erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert.

My overall stay was great. The staff is so kind and helpful. I think the kitchen in the apartment could have been a bit cleaner. Also, I think you need to repaint the walls. This would make a huge difference. The breakfast was very good. I would stay here again. Number 25 on the 12th floor was my favorite apartment.

I traveled with my family to RIS Dalma and had a wonderful experience! The host was super responsive, the place was very clean, and the entire staff—whether at the front desk, reception, housekeeping, or breakfast—were incredibly kind, positive, caring, and respectful. We especially loved Hasmic, Edward, and another lovely lady at the reception whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask. They were all so welcoming and helpful. They were even kind enough to prepare breakfast to go for us on our checkout day since we had to leave very early in the morning for the airport. The restaurant staff were also amazing—always friendly, kind, and attentive. The only minor thing I would mention is that we were a group of four and were given just one room key. However, this wasn't an issue for us at all since we usually went out together. The location is also fantastic! It's right across from Dalma Garden Mall, which has a huge supermarket where you can find pretty much everything you need. Republic Square is about 10 minutes or less away by Yandex, and the hotel is also conveniently close to the airport. Overall, we had such a pleasant experience throughout our stay. What really stood out to me was the warmth and kindness of the people working there. They genuinely made us feel welcome and comfortable. If I travel to Yerevan again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book RIS Dalma again. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and all amenities were thoughtfully arranged. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm, elegant, and very well maintained. One of the highlights was the attention to detail everything from the cleanliness to the service quality was top-notch. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. A special thanks to the team for going the extra mile to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. It truly made a difference. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at RIS. The staff and management were friendly and responsive and resolved any issues we had, which were not many. I have no reservations recommending this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Yerevan and wants to enjoy the comforts of a fully equipped apartment. There is also a mall next to it, with grocery and dining options.

A Truly Exceptional Stay! My parents had to stay in Armenia for three weeks due to visa-related matters, and finding this hotel was nothing short of a miracle. The staff, especially Sara and Maryam, were absolutely amazing—kind, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to helping my parents in every possible way. Their support and hospitality made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate their efforts and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay!

Very nice place, the staff is amazing and I love the design of the room. Only thing is it's a bit noisy with the Big street outside. And the Uber driver never get the adresse right need to tell them to go to the mall.

Stunning place. Great service and Manuella the receptionist was very helpful and professional. The apartments are spacious and comfortable and are truly better than any hotel room, very nicely equipped and decorated too. The view from windows and balcony is stunning. You can see half of Yerevan. 1 minute walk to Dalma mall, and 15 min walk to republic square and downtown. I highly recommend this place and will be returning to it anytime I visit Yerevan. Thank you.

The apartment is top class, has everything you need and more. Mariam the general manager is excellent. She cares about people and has a personal touch. It has a mall next to it which is convenient but it is away from the heart of the city and you need a taxi to get in though a very short ride. Otherwise the area around is not very appealing. They need higher speed internet as Netflix doesn't work and even YouTube is sluggish and cable TV did not work.

Anna, the receptionist, was such a breath of fresh air. We arrived very late in the evening and she arranged our transit and made our check in a seamless process. The cleaners were amazing and our rooms were spotless everyday. There is 24/7 security in the building and you cannot enter without a key. It made traveling with 5 women easy and comfortable. I even forgot my pair of jeans at our room and Anna was gracious enough to ship it back to the states for me. Seriously couldn’t recommend this hotel/apartment more. It was a home away from home. To make things better, we were only 6-7 minutes away from the Republic Square. Thank you so so much to the amazing staff at RIS DALMA!
