Bad experience. I wrote to them that I was arriving by plane at 3:30 AM on May 1st, so I would be arriving an hour later, paying for check-in on the same day. When I arrived, the "hotel" was nowhere to be found and had no signs or license plates. With the help of passersby, I found it. A tiny place with no one, not even a reception desk. I called and they told me that check-in was at 2 PM. I told them I had paid for the 1st anyway, that I was entitled to a bed, and that in any case I needed to sleep. The owner insisted on his position until he hung up and didn't answer. In the end, I couldn't sleep anymore. In the morning, no one was there. I called back and they insisted that check-in was at 2 PM. Since I had paid and wanted to sleep, I returned at that time and there was still no one there. I called back, and they told me to wait another half hour. They didn't arrive. I called back and they said the hotel was no longer open and that I could request a refund through Expedia. Terrible!
