ENJOY a beach lifestyle holiday at Apartment 9 situated on the top floor of the Bay Vacationer and soak in the coastal atmosphere and ocean breezes in the heart of Yeppoon.

This fully air-conditioned, 2 bedroom apartment features a queen size master and second bedroom with two single beds.

Just cross the road, straight onto beautiful Yeppoon Main Beach for a refreshing swim and to leave your footprints in the sand.

This unit has been beautifully renovated with a modern kitchen, stunning bathroom and elegant furnishings throughout. We guarantee you will be impressed when you walk through the door.

The front sun room of the apartment overlooks the Yeppoon beachfront, Keppel Kraken water park and the glorious Keppel Islands - a perfect spot to watch the world go by.

Great little breakfast bar looking to the north to enjoy your morning coffee whilst soaking in the coastal lifestyle and views.

The modern kitchen with stone bench tops features a fridge freezer, electric cooktop and oven, microwave and dishwasher for your convenience.

The unit has its own laundry sink and clothes dryer. There is a washing machine in the shared complex laundry on the ground floor for you to use if required.

Yeppoon beachfront offers the Keppel Kracken water park for smaller children or walk further up the beach to the Beachfront Lagoon pool where you can enjoy a cup of coffee whilst watching the children splash and swim in the huge pool.

Heaps of coffee shops and restaurants at your doorstep, so convenience plus! Easy walking distance to all that the CBD offers.

Great Keppel Island is only a 40 minute ferry trip away and the Capricorn Coast offers plenty of activities and experiences.

The Bay Vacationer building is an older style building right in the heart of Yeppoon CBD. There is a designated car port for one vehicle with the free multistorey council carpark only half a block away for any extra vehicles.

This apartment is a great place to enjoy Yeppoon and surrounding area. Easy drive from Rockhampton and there is an option to catch the bus. We caught the bus to the marina and really enjoyed a catamaran trip to Great Keppel Island. We swam in the sea and the lagoon. The apartment has everything you need to make a meal in. But plenty to choose from if you want to eat out. The bed is comfortable and people talk about the noisy birds but if the windows are closed it really is not a problem. The shower is great. And aircon in every room. Would love a chance to stay again.

Everything we needed was provided. The unit was immaculate. So clean and fresh smelling. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was good. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Our family enjoyed a fantastic stay at this beautifully renovated beachfront property! The unit had everything we needed and more, with thoughtful touches that made it incredibly comfortable. The location was unbeatable—right across from the beach, and walking distance to the lagoon and town, with stunning views that we enjoyed from morning to evening. While the local birdlife added a bit of lively charm, it was all part of the vibrant coastal experience. A wonderful spot to relax, recharge, and soak in the beauty of the ocean. We can't wait to return, thank you for a great family break!

Incredible.

I won’t take anything away from this property as it’s AMAZING and is what a good VRBO should be, but just a couple minor things for someone considering renting this place. Google Maps (at least ours did) sends you to a derelict building down the road. The instructions from the owners aren’t very clear. Just go behind the Elders building and there’s a car park. Once inside, enjoy. Also, there is no pool onsite. I believe the owners list one as the spectacular Yeppoon Lagoon is about a 5 minute walk. Lastly, the washing machine is not in the suite, it’s on the ground floor (shared but free). There is a dryer in the suite.The small touches the owners put everywhere are incredible. They treat you like guests. Even the TP is first rate! It was nice to have access to quality cooking utensils and cookware. The best olase we’ve stayed at in our month in Australia so far. Oh yeah, the lorikeets are a thing. Thousands of them arrive every dusk and perch on trees across the street and yes, they are loud. We use white noise machines and there was no issue. If you need dead silence to sleep, this is not your place. But wow, the lorikeets were incredible to watch (and hear!)

Perfect Spot

A charming little apartment that was perfect for the two of us. Fantastic location on the third floor with wonderful views of everything and right in the heart of all the action with a lovely beachside vibe.
