« The rooms were very clean. Our bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a hot breakfast every morning. Our only issue was the swimming pool was closed our entire stay for repairs. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are ever in Mountain Home, AR. »

Travelers should pay attention that there is no elevator and stairs are required if you are on the 2nd level. The lady attending the breakfast & dining area was on the ball! It was immaculate. « First room we checked into had dead bugs all over the floor, something rotting behind one of the headboards, and remnants of animal fecies next to the other bed. We were able to get another room that at least smelled better. We booked a “no smoking” room yet there were burn holes galore. The staff seemed like they didn’t even want guests, seriously lacking in the customer service aspect considering they run the place.
